Caller said we're all going to the airport at the same time -do you want to get a limo...then wierd music - my phone is registered with the Do not call list -how did they get my number? The only reason I answered was it was a Chicago area code and I have family there. annoyed that they are using my minutes - will call verizon and let them know, too

When you dial this number, the rep can help you. You do need to give her your phone number to have it removed. This is a switchboard, and the rep has NO INFORMATION ABOUT YOU. The rep DOES NOT make out-bound calls, and IS NOT the one who called and hung up. The rep can let the supervisor know if you were treated rudely. Again, you have to provide your phone number. Feel free to yell--the volume control works great. You'll still get helped, but the rep will not be so nice after she is yelled and cussed at for something she didn't do. Continue to hang up, also--it's one less jerk the rep has to deal with.

He called my mom and said that his name was Roger or Robert Johnson. He said that he was a debt investigator and that he was suing her for an unpaid loan. He said he had blocked her SSN and her name and bank account and that she was to pay him $366 to settle out of court. We called the SSN and they said that everything was normal, and just to makesure she called the loan agency and they told her that she didn't owe them anything (which she already knew) and told hr to google the number, and that lead me to here. He spoke with a very heavy Indian accent, for such an American name.
